Your tasks:

  • Management and Ownership Support for Diverse Daily Activities, Administrative and Organizational Tasks
  • Conducting foreign language correspondence, which includes writing translations and performing interpretation tasks at meetings
  • Planning, tracking, and coordinating in-house and out-of-date times
  • Planning and organizing meetings and conferences
  • Participation in organizing and conducting international trade shows
  • General secretarial tasks


Your Profile:

  • Foreign language (German) degree in higher education
  • Practice at least 1 - 2 years old, assisted by an assistant, preferably at an international production company
  • Intercultural experience in German is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English / German, both verbally and in writing
  • User-level computer skills
  • Reliability, responsibility, loyalty
  • Precise, thorough work, high flexibility
