Ihre Mission:

  • You are responsible for the company's financial accounting in terms of both technical and disciplinary matters.
  • You are jointly responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in close consultation with the commercial management.
  • Your tasks include preparing monthly reports and analyses on your own responsibility.
  • You are jointly responsible for the organization and execution of the annual inventory.
  • You lead and develop a team of employees.
  • You ensure the liquidity of the company.
  • You ensure compliance with legal regulations and guidelines.
  • You work closely with the controlling department.
  • You represent the commercial management in contact with our external partners.
  • Special tasks and projects as well as administrative activities round off your varied range of tasks.
  • You report to the commercial management, with occasional direct reports to the executive management.

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable training, if possible supplemented by further training as an accountant or a degree in business administration with a focus on Finance
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in medium-sized manufacturing companies
  • Affinity for numbers and interest in economic and technical contexts
  • Complex entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Experience in personnel management and personnel development
  • Good IT skills, especially MS Office
  • Knowledge of ERP software
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Systematic, structured way of working and good communication skills
  • Analytical thinking, ability to work in a team, flexibility, resilience
