Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • You will enter, check and maintain data in our applicant management system and in general human resources
  • You will provide assistance with maintaining personnel files and participate in the selection and implementation of digital records
  • Continuous development of manual and digital processes while maintaining good documentation comes naturally to you
  • You will assist with the preparations for the monthly payroll accounting and work closely with our external payroll and invoicing company
  • Analyses and reporting as well as other general administrative tasks round off your duties

 

Your profile:

  • You have completed commercial vocational training/vocational training as a human resources administrator and/or have professional experience in this field
  • You are able to work under pressure, have excellent organisational skills, are reliable and have a sense of responsibility
  • You naturally possess the ability to relate to others, combined with good communication and logical thinking skills
  • A good level of written and spoken German, English skills are also welcome
  • Common user knowledge of MS Office programmes completes your profile
