Your tasks:
- Through your active project management, you will make a decisive contribution to the selection and successful introduction of the new ERP system.
- You will work closely with the IT management and senior management.
- Together with the specialist departments, you will track the necessary requirements, analyze the processes and manage the design and implementation.
- You plan adaptations and enhancements to the ERP system, take care of implementation and analyze new functions.
- You will continuously keep an analytical eye on possible uses and discuss sensible change proposals with IT management.
- You carry out regular function and data tests and analyze errors and problem cases.
- You will provide users with help and advice on all questions relating to the system: you will provide first and second level support and carry out user training together with the IT management.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a successfully completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
- Confidence in working with ERP systems, for example with ProALPHA or one of the market-leading solutions (SAP, IFS or similar), experience in relational database systems (e.g. MS SQL) is an advantage
- Basic understanding of business processes in an internationally positioned, medium-sized company and experience in the cross-departmental optimization of these business processes
- Initial experience in the implementation of IT projects
- Structured thinking and acting as well as a solution-oriented and conscientious way of working
- Good knowledge of German and English
